Today, The Chapel is a historic Sioux Falls gathering and event space for weddings, milestone celebrations, private events, retreats, corporate and nonprofit gatherings, and other occasions that bring people together. The occasion is yours. The space becomes yours.

Celebrations & Milestones
The Chapel offers a one-of-a-kind setting for intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, reunions, showers, family celebrations, and other milestone occasions.
Each reservation gives guests private access to the restored historic property, gathering spaces across two levels, and the freedom to create an experience that feels like their own. Furniture can easily be rearranged or tucked away, allowing the space to change with the occasion — from an intimate seated celebration to a ceremony, reception, graduation open house, or casual gathering.
The Chapel comfortably accommodates up to 75 guests at one time. For larger come-and-go celebrations such as graduation open houses, we've hosted approximately 200–250 guests over the course of an afternoon or evening. And when the occasion calls for more time together, four private king bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa provide overnight accommodations for up to 10 guests under the same roof.
Located near downtown Sioux Falls, guests also have easy access to restaurants, hotels, entertainment, and local attractions while still having the privacy of their own historic space and 17 off-street parking spaces.
Celebration & Milestone Reservations
Because every gathering at The Chapel is different, reservation details are shared personally based on the date, length of use, guest count, and experience being planned. Hourly, single-day, evening, and overnight options are available depending on the date and gathering.
Private visits are also available for anyone who would like to experience The Chapel in person before making plans.
Retreats & Gatherings
The Chapel offers a private and flexible setting for corporate gatherings, nonprofit retreats, leadership meetings, workshops, team events, reunions, and collaborative experiences in Sioux Falls.
With gathering spaces across two levels, flexible furniture arrangements, a full kitchen, integrated audio/video capabilities, and overnight accommodations for up to 10 guests, the property can adapt to the way your group wants to spend its time together.

Retreat & Gathering Reservations
Retreat experiences at The Chapel are thoughtfully tailored based on gathering size, overnight accommodations, season, and the overall experience being planned. Both single-day and overnight retreat experiences are available throughout the year.
Private visits to The Chapel are available for those interested in experiencing the property in person.
Stay Under the Same Roof
When the gathering calls for a little more time together, The Chapel gives up to 10 guests the opportunity to stay right where the occasion happens.
With four private king bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa, two full lower-level bathrooms with heated floors, a kitchenette, and a family room with an 85" TV and retro Pac-Man & Friends arcade game, there's plenty of room to settle in, relax, and enjoy more time together before or after the gathering.
Overnight accommodations can complement many Chapel gatherings and are also available for private stays throughout the year. Most weekend overnight stays are reserved for two nights, with one-night stays available on select dates.
Two nights is typically what we do, but I do allow one-night stays depending on the date and circumstances. I don't want the website to make someone looking for one night think The Chapel isn't an option and leave without contacting us.
